Terms and Conditions 

1. Entrants must have a valid full New Zealand driver’s license and be 21 years of age or older to be eligible for entry.
2. To enter, entrants must have booked a service with the Archibald & Shorter North Shore Service Centre pertaining to the service, repair, warranty claim or Warrant of Fitness of a vehicle.
3. Entries are limited to one per transaction for private customers, or one entry per transaction per company.
4. Services must be undertaken within the period of Monday October 12^th – Saturday 12^th December 2020. 
5. Entries are to be made by way of form submission to https://www.archibaldandshorter-ns.co.nz/ns-spring-service-entry-form/ and only validated by invoice number provided to the entrant at time of completion of service. 
6. Entries open at 7:00am, 12^th October 2020 and close 6:00pm, 12^th December 2020.
7. The competition is open to all eligible New Zealand residents via. the conditions listed above, excluding employees of all Giltrap Group businesses and their immediate families.
8. The draw will be held at Archibald & Shorter North Shore.
9. Archibald & Shorter reserves the right to amend, vary, extend or discontinue the promotion at any stage, for any reason.
10. Participation in the promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. If the Winner does not accept these Terms and Conditions the prize will be forfeited.
11. The winner can transfer their prize to a partner/family member/friend/colleague that is eligible under the above criteria. Notice of the transfer of prize must be made in writing to henry.oliver@archibaldandshorter.co.nz two weeks prior to the arranged date of prize.
12. The prize cannot be redeemed for cash.
13. Offer is exclusive to Archibald & Shorter North Shore.  

 Prize details and prize draw:

1. Five winners will be selected from completed entries on Monday 14th December 2020. The winners will be selected by random draw of entries logged within https://www.archibaldandshorter-ns.co.nz/ns-spring-service-entry-form/
2. The winners will be notified via. email (using the email address provided with the submission). If the winner has not confirmed receipt of his/her prize by 5:00pm Monday 28th December 2020, the prize will be forfeited. In the case of a forfeited prize, a new winner will be selected and notified by Wednesday 30th December 2020.

• Shimano Fishing Voucher & Omaha Golf Day including Hospitality Package 
• Archibald & Shorter Merchandise and Accessories Voucher to the value of $2,500 
• Land Rover Lego Defender Technic 
• Children's Prize Package 

Winner to arrange the pickup/drop off the vehicle directly with Archibald & Shorter North Shore. Vehicle must not exceed 500 kilometres and includes basic insurance. 

Omaha Golf booking is subject to availability with Omaha Golf Club. Voucher is valid for 1 year and expires 6/10/21. 

Hunting Lodge bookings are subject to availability and valid for 1 year, the voucher expires 1/10/21.
